Graphic Design is Defined as:

The art or profession of using design elements (such as typography and images) to convey information or create an effect (this is according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary). Although, graphic design is much more than this definition states. The core principle of design is to be creative and have the passion to excel at communicating the right message to the target audience.

 

As a designer, there are four steps that I follow in creating an outstanding marketing piece:

 

1. Research the Market

2. Brainstorm and Sketch Ideas

3. Create Design Elements for the Designated Project

4. Present the Final Product to the Client
