The "STARS Scholarship" logo was created for the STARS Scholarship Program

(a scholarship to assist parents to receive a degree, license, or certification).

Finished in December of 2008, the logo was considered the "best of the best" out

of several other logos that were considered. Created using Adobe Illustrator CS3.
